Refund policy

RETURN & ACQUISITION REVERSAL PROTOCOL

Standard Archive Pieces Clients may request an acquisition reversal (return) within 14 days of receiving the piece. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and pristine condition, with all archival tags and hygienic seals perfectly intact. Any piece showing signs of use, alteration, or damage will be rejected and sent back to the client.

Private Commissions (Custom Fit) Due to the highly personalized nature of our Private Commission service, these garments are mathematically and anatomically adapted to your exact measurements by our Italian artisans. As a result, all Custom Fit pieces are considered strictly final sale. We cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any bespoke item under any circumstances.

Worldwide Return Logistics & Fees To initiate a return for a standard piece, please contact our studio to receive authorization and the return shipping coordinates.

Please carefully note the following international logistics protocol:

  • Shipping Responsibility: The client is entirely responsible for organizing and financing the return shipping to our Italian atelier.

  • Customs & Duties: For returns originating outside the European Union, the client must cover all applicable export duties and clearly mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid Italian import taxes. Any customs charges incurred by VANHERÈEN due to incorrect documentation will be deducted from the refund.

  • Administrative Deduction: Once the piece is received and passes our rigorous quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. A fixed administrative handling deduction of €5.00 will be applied to all processed refunds.
