Special Conditions: Made to Order, Shipping & Returns

1. Production Times (Made-to-Order)
Each Vanherèen garment is exclusively Made-to-Order to ensure the highest quality. The manual production process requires 20 working days from order confirmation. Standard shipping times apply from the 20th working day of production.

2. International Shipping (DDP)
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The final price paid at checkout is inclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. The User will not be required to pay any additional amount to the courier upon delivery.

3. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Custom Fit
Pursuant to Art. 59, let. c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products made through the 'Custom Fit' or 'Private Commission' service, as they are custom-made and clearly personalized according to the anatomical specifications provided by the User. Such purchases are to be considered final and non-refundable.
