Production Times At VANHERÈEN, we operate on a strict made-to-order basis to guarantee artisanal integrity and eliminate overproduction. Each archive piece is meticulously handcrafted in Italy specifically upon your commission. We kindly ask you to allow up to 20 working days for the manual creation of your garment before it is carefully packaged and released from our studio.

Complimentary Global Shipping We are pleased to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders via premium express couriers.

IMPORTANT: The transit times listed below apply exclusively after the 20-working-day production period is complete and the garment has been dispatched from our atelier:

• European Union: 1-3 working days

• United Kingdom: 2-3 working days

• Rest of the World: 3-7 working days

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation dossier containing your tracking number to monitor the final stage of the journey.

Taxes & Duties (DDP) To ensure a frictionless acquisition, every international order is dispatched under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local brokerage fees are entirely covered and managed by VANHERÈEN. The price authorized at checkout is definitive. Our logistics department handles all international clearance procedures on your behalf, guaranteeing that no supplementary invoices, border delays, or hidden fees will be encountered upon delivery.
